regular top cap is a single piece of metal, the top is not much larger then the base.
1 1/2" top caps have washers welded to the top of the regular cap.
our patented locking tabs will either lock onto the rebar or be very difficult to remove depending on the rebar.
unlike aluminum or plastic stainless will not give easily when being placed onto the rebar. consider using a rebar driver or cut the rebar off after pounding into the ground, so the rebar is not mushroomed allowing the cap to be easily installed.
